Convenient location near train station and Family Mart. Clean room with all necessary amenities provided. Staff went above and beyond to assist with cancelled flight and holding JR passes. Great for exploring Akihabara, Ueno, and Tokyo. Good value for money.

The rooms are clean and provide all the necessary amenities, including outlets, Wi-Fi, and a desk. there are plenty of dining options and a supermarket nearby.
The hotel does not offer a public bath like some other chains in Japan, which may limit some guests' preferences for relaxation and convenience.

The room wasnice and neat, and we loved all the extra perks like pyjamas, tea, and memory foam pillows. The location was convenient, with a short 5-minute walk to Kanda station. We even ended up extending our stay because we enjoyed it so much. we highly recommend this hotel for its excellent value for money and pleasant experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were awesome, very attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. The hotel facilities were great, with a big screen TV, lots of outlets, and a convenient kitchenette in the room. The cleanliness of the place was perfect, and the free amenities such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, and a bidet were a nice touch. The location was perfect, as it was close to both the metro and JR station, making it easy for us to explore the city. There were also several convenience stores and supermarkets nearby, making it convenient for us to grab snacks and supplies. this hotel provided us with a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

This hotel is really close from Kanda station JR, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. It's also conveniently located next to a convenience store, so you never have to worry about running out of supplies. Situated in a business district rather than a tourist area, it offers a more authentic Tokyo experience.
